1. The Service

Browser Stickers provides a Chrome extension that replaces your new tab page with a customizable sticker canvas. The free tier allows up to 10 stickers. A one-time payment of $9.99 unlocks unlimited stickers.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Browser Stickers on your devices. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer the extension.

3. Payment and Refunds

The unlimited upgrade is a one-time payment of $9.99 USD.
There are no subscriptions or recurring charges.
Premium status is tied to your device. If you reinstall Chrome or switch devices, contact us at pattlesportinggoods@gmail.com with your purchase email to restore access.
We offer refunds within 14 days of purchase if the extension is not functioning as described. Contact us to request a refund.

4. User Content

If you upload your own sticker images, you confirm that you have the right to use those images and that they do not infringe on any third-party rights. You retain ownership of any content you upload. We do not claim any rights over your uploaded content.

You agree not to upload content that is unlawful, harmful, obscene, or violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the extension for any unlawful purpose.
Attempt to circumvent the 10-sticker free limit without purchasing the upgrade.
Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the extension or our servers.
Attempt to reverse engineer or extract the source code of the extension.

6. Intellectual Property

Browser Stickers and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Browser Stickers is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the extension will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that defects will be corrected.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the extension or these terms.

9. Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the extension at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes when possible.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the applicable courts of the United States.
